About the Role

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team and drive new business growth. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to demo, negotiation, and close. You'll work closely with prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate product value, and guide them to successful outcomes.

This is a high-impact role where you'll build relationships with senior decision-makers, influence product direction through customer insights, and directly contribute to company revenue and growth. If you thrive in consultative selling environments and love helping customers solve real problems, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for mid-market and enterprise prospects.

  • Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand prospect needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's specific use case.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and strategic outreach.

  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and champions across prospect organizations.

  • Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Partner with leadership, product, and customer success to refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals that work for both the customer and the company.

  • Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report on sales metrics.

  • Continuously improve your understanding of the product, industry, and competitive landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or workflow products.

  • Proven track record consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills — you listen first and solve problems second.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

  • Comfort navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.

  • High ownership mentality and self-motivation — you're proactive, resourceful, and driven by results.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing pipeline and follow-ups.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

  • A collaborative, team-first mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling to HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition teams.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales or selling into mid-market companies.

  • Background working at an early-stage or growth-stage startup.

  • Experience with modern sales tools (CRM systems, outreach platforms, etc.).

  • Interest in helping shape sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market strategy.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • High ownership — you'll directly impact revenue and company growth.

  • A product that customers love, with strong market fit and momentum.

  • Opportunity to grow your career as the sales team and company scales.

  • Collaborative, low-ego culture with strong support from leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Competitive compensation, commission structure, equity, and benefits.
