Most carbon accounting today is theatre. Estimates of estimates, assumptions buried in footnotes, spreadsheets that fall apart the moment a supplier swaps a material. None of it gives a buyer the clarity to actually act.
We're building the opposite: a climate-data backbone that connects to your tier-2 suppliers, attributes emissions at the SKU level, and tells you the three changes that move the most carbon for the least disruption.

Rigour over rhetoric
Methodology before marketing. Our LCAs cite their sources and our models show their working. If we can't measure it honestly, we don't claim it.
Regenerative by default
Net-zero is the floor, not the ceiling. We optimise for systems that actively rebuild — soil, biodiversity, supplier livelihoods — not just ones that do less harm.
Transparent on hard things
Public methodology, public salary bands, public roadmap. The version of us behind closed doors is the same as the one in front of customers.
Optimistic, not naive
We think this decade is winnable. We also know wishing it doesn't make it so. We hire people who hold both at once and stay focused on the work.

We're remote-first across Europe, with hubs in London, Berlin and Stockholm where most teams converge once a month. Days lean asynchronous, deep-work hours are protected, and we close the laptops at 6.
Every quarter we close for a "field week" — engineers visit supplier sites, scientists join product reviews, ops people sit with customers. The point is to keep our hands on the actual problem.
